We’re on top! – OM&M are ranking in the Chambers & Partners Guide 2019
We are very proud to announce that Osborne Morris & Morgan have won the highest ranking possible in a respected industry guide.
Not only have we made it into band one, but we are also the only ranking firm for Clinical Negligence in our area, in the Chambers and Partners Guide to the Legal Profession for 2019.
The guide described our Medical Negligence team as a “Dedicated team acting on high-value matters, best known for its work on birth injury cases. Increasingly active in claims and inquests related to clinical negligence that has resulted in death”.
The guide also complimented our Court of Protection services.
David Turner, a Senior Partner and Head of Medical Negligence, here at Osborne Morris & Morgan, has also been featured as a notable practitioner, describing him as “excellent” and “well regarded for his work on cerebral palsy and other neurological injury claims”.
Osborne Morris & Morgan have also been ranked in band 3 within the ‘National Leaders for Medical Negligence (Outside London) and are one of only seven firms recognised in this national category.
Senior Partner and Head of Medical Negligence, David Turner, said;
